Outlaw Pipelines was built in Alberta, where energy isn’t a trend, it’s a legacy. Proudly rooted in one of the world’s most demanding industrial environments, we’ve earned our reputation through field-proven expertise in pipeline construction, facility tie-ins, high-pressure systems, fabrication, and maintenance. Our crews know the terrain, the regulations, and the responsibility that comes with building critical infrastructure.

Today, our operations are strategically paused as our sister company, Outlaw Vacuum Services, expands into the U.S. market with a new branch in Texas. This isn’t a shutdown, it’s a recalibration. A deliberate move to strengthen our position, refine our systems, and prepare for the next chapter.

Outlaw Pipelines remains a distinct brand. Our values haven’t changed. Our standards haven’t wavered. And the Outlaw name continues to stand for resilience, leadership, and trust, earned one project at a time.

In 2022, Outlaw Pipelines Ltd. established a partnership with Native Pride Contracting Ltd. of Fort Vermillion. Native Pride Contracting is a 100% Indigenously owned and operated contracting company that has been serving the Western Canadian oil & gas industry for over 30 years. This partnership was formed with the goal to allow both companies to broaden community reach and offer more diverse services to our clients.
William Auclair, the owner of Outlaw Pipelines Ltd. has been working closely with James Paul of Native Pride Contracting Ltd. since 2014, and we are honoured to take this important step forward and to continue working together into the future.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
William Auclair is a seasoned professional in the Oil & Gas Industry with over 20 years experience. In 2022, he founded Outlaw Pipelines Ltd. after achieving success as the founder of Outlaw Vacuum Services Ltd., more than ten years ago. Starting with just one straight vacuum, Outlaw Vacuum Services has grown under William's leadership to include a fleet of over 25 crew trucks, water trucks, hydrovacs, equipment, and a specialty tracked hydrovac.
William Auclair's commitment to innovation and problem-solving has been a key factor in his success in the Oil & Gas Industry. He has a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions to address the unique challenges faced by his clients.
As the founder of Outlaw Pipelines Ltd., William is focused on delivering exceptional service to his clients while ensuring that his team members are equipped with the latest tools and technology to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. He is also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, where all team members are encouraged to share their ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement.
